We'll go over Technique Exercises and changing your mindset to help better understand your body and movements. * Private must be paid in FULL prior to your session *48 hours advance notice is required to reschedule your Private Lesson. Privates are Non-refundable. * Rescheduling and or Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a $30 rescheduling and cancellation fee.
