The Foundations Intensive is a safe, empowering in-person space for movers ready to explore movement in heels, whether you’ve never danced before or you’re just getting back to YOU.
Over 3 intentional sessions, you’ll build confidence from the ground up, learn how to walk and move in heels with ease, and reconnect with your feminine energy through choreography, mindset, and community.
