The purpose of this class is to unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self-doubt while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is open to ages 40+ and EXTREMELY BEGINNER FRIENDLY! We know how intimidating it can be to take a class with a younger crowd. In this class, Ashley is here to provide a safe space to have fun, feel sexy, and tap into our Sensual side.
