This 5- week series aims to unify and liberate women and all individuals from self-doubt while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. In these 4 weeks, Ashley is here to push and help with growth. It also helps with feeling sexy, having fun, and learning proper heel techniques. Also, becoming one with your body, building self-worth, and confidence through dance and motivational speaking.

– Learning a sexy combo (choreography) developed that trains you to become well-familiarized with weight shifting, hair whipping, walking, balance, lines, textures, and sex appeal.
